Your User ID identifies your account in DayClass. Our support team may ask for it when they're helping you with something specific to your account.
Open the Simple move app: Go to your Profile section by tapping the profile icon in the top right corner of the My plan tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and tap the gear icon/settings option
On the settings page, scroll all the way down and tap on the User ID field to copy it
You can now share your User ID with our support team at [email protected].
